In order to obtain a South Carolina provisional real estate sales license,
you must first complete a 60 hour course and pass the state exam. For the broker
s license, you must have at least three years of licensure as a real estate
saleman, complete another 60 hours of classroom time that includes 30 hours for
Broker A and 30 hours for Broker B and then pass the state exam.

The exam is given electronically in a four option multiple choice format.
